Quilter International recruitment campaign
We have a long and successful relationship with Quilter International which includes promoting its status as the employer of choice in the cross-border wealth management solutions sector.
In the summer of 2021 Quilter International created career opportunities in their Client Services, Finance & Risk teams. We were given the task of promoting/communicating? – (it was more than advertising) the vacancies and encouraging potential applicants to attend two careers open days at the company’s Isle of Man HQ.
We began by analysing the vacancies and using our knowledge of the finance sector to generate data that we could then use to target applicants with the right qualities and credentials. This target audience included experienced financial services professional, graduates, school leavers and employees with experience in other sectors who were looking to change their career path. We then created a multimedia campaign which had a perfect balance of digital, print and broadcast media to get the message out to potential employees across a range of ages and backgrounds.
Working with Marketing and HR for several years, we know that the team are very professional, and great fun to work with. From independent industry awards to in-house schemes celebrating the achievements of their fantastic employees, they are also a team of winners. So we created a campaign around some of their superstar employees. The result was an engaging, laser-targeted campaign which captured the client’s friendly, supportive working environment and reflected the exciting opportunities that were on offer to applicants looking to work for a dynamic, modern, business operating in multiple global markets.

We had excellent feedback and they were delighted with the impact the campaign had on the number and quality of applicants. There are now lots of new starters who have joined the business – they’re happy, our client is happy and we’re happy, so that’s a great job all round!!
