The Challenge

As a digital-focused agency working in the international finance sector we love a challenge! Canada Life gave use six key objectives:

Our Mindset

We knew it was essential to bring the job and career opportunities to life – and we immediately identified the best way to do that was to put the company’s incredibly talented employees at the heart of the campaign.

Our Method

With 100% support from the fantastic Canada Life team, who all shared our mindset and vision, we created video content supported by photography which captured their passion, drive and ambition. It was also important to convey the relaxed but professional working environment that plays a huge part in encouraging effective, efficient teamwork. The same themes were used to create a targeted radio campaign to drive response.

Our Client’s View

The campaign was a massive success generating more than 250 applications for a VERY happy client. Job done!!
