As the summer is coming to a close, we caught up with our summer intern Ciara. Here she reflects on her 4 weeks at MMC and what she learnt.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at MMC, everyone here has been so kind and helpful. During the past 4 weeks, I have been helping out with Zurich’s 40th Anniversary campaign. This has involved going to different places across the Island, taking pictures and meeting new people. Some of the places I visited included Isle of play, Noble’s Hospital Maternity and Children’s wards, the swimming baths, Elder Grange nursing home and more.
I have also been working on other clients of MMC such as Options UK, where I have explored Microsoft Excel and Canva which are skills that I will be using more of at university. My time here at MMC has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone by going out and speaking to new people and has given me an insight into working in the Marketing industry, something I am interested in doing in the future. I feel confident that this is the profession I want to go into. Thanks to #TeamMMC!”
